CHA Craft SuperShow!
Submit to Facebook Submit to Reddit Submit to Stumble Submit to Twitter
Twice a year, Premier Yarns participates in a trade show for members of the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA). This show allows us to meet with our customers and show them new yarns, new colors and new projects, and it's a very exciting time for us. The winter show is normally held in Anaheim, Calif., right next door to Disneyland.

This year, CHA has decided to add a retail show to the trade show, called the Craft SuperShow. Two days before the trade show opens, people can come to the Anaheim Convention Center and purchase products from participating vendors. CHA also did this at the summer show in Orlando last year, and it was a rousing success.

We'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to visit us in Anaheim on Friday and Saturday, January 22 and 23, 2010. We'll have lots of yarn for sale at great prices, and three times each day we will be having a make-and-take during which you can make a fun scarf without knitting or crocheting.

Deborah Norville, award-winning journalist from Inside Edition, will be appearing on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to noon at the Craft SuperShow theater. Bring your knitting needles or crochet hooks and a project, and spend an hour knitting with Deborah and listen as she talks about her writing, her work and her knitting. She'll also be talking about some of the projects that appear in Not Just Socks and Quick-Stitch Projects, books that feature two of the yarns from the Deborah Norville Collection Serenity yarn line.

For more information on the CHA Craft SuperShow, click here. And we hope to see you in Anaheim next weekend!

I am very offended to find out that only people who reside in US can access your newsletter!!!!! What is up with that? I do not understand the exclusion.

@Connie: Hi Connie. I edited your post a little, but I understand your frustration with not being able to subscribe to our newsletter. Please be assured that it was never our intention to exclude anyone from subscribing. We are working to fix this glitch and hope you will try back in a few days. If you would e-mail me at vblizzard (at) premieryarns (dot) com (changing the at and dot to the appropriate symbols) I can take care of subscribing you personally. I apologize for this!

Hi ... I would love to have the pattern for the afghan (Squares in Squares) Deborah Norville is posing with in the recent Premier Yarns ad in "Crochet" and "Creative Knitting" Magazines. I'm not able to find it on your site. Thank you!

Vicki - 2010-01-30 20:35:13
@Joanne: Hi Joanne. As stated on the ad, this pattern is available in the pattern book Quick-Stitch Projects. All of the projects in the book use Serenity Chunky Weight. Our webmaster is currently working on getting the pattern books listed on our site so that they can be purchased directly from us. They are also available at Joann Fabric Stores. Check back in a week or so, and they should be listed by then.
