Unfulfilled Orders: Please use the Contact Us form to immediately provide the Order #(s) and the correct Shipping Address. Billing addresses and payment information cannot be changed.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their order is correct.

Shipped Orders: We cannot recall packages that have shipped. Shipping carriers will not retrieve correctly delivered packages. Orders returned to sender will be automatically refunded, minus the cost of shipping.
