Return Requirements
Return items must meet the following requirements
- Time frame is within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Item in unused and resellable condition.
- Items in the original packaging (yarn label is still in tact and around the ball)
- Items not marked final sale on the product page.
Return Instructions
To begin processing a return, follow the instructions below
- Visit our returns center: http://premieryarns.returnscenter.com.
- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. It will not allow you to select final sale items.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Non Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
Please open your package carefully. We will not replace yarn that has been damaged if you damage your package with box cutters or rip it open.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is an error with your order.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process with your bank.
