Contact customerservice@premieryarns.com right away. Provide your order numbers and the correct shipping address. If you provide the wrong address and:

The order is unfulfilled: We will be able to correct the address.

The order is returned to sender/marked undeliverable: The order will be automatically refunded, minus the cost of shipping.

The order is successfully delivered: Premier Yarns is not able to recall packages once they are in the carrier's possession. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Please note, billing addresses and payment information cannot be changed.
